How do I get the app?
Search "Traders Guild" on the App Store, or use the download button on the homepage. The app is iPhone-only for now; Android and macOS are in active development.
It's labelled "Public Beta" — is it stable?
Yes. Public Beta means we're still actively shaping it based on what early traders ask for — pricing, asset coverage, smaller UX details. The app itself is stable enough for daily use, with Face ID, push notifications and live chat all wired in.
Which assets are supported today?
Live crypto markets stream in Public Beta. Forex, stocks and commodities are visible in-app and unlock fully as we ramp up. We'll announce each activation in Discord.
When is Android coming?
Android is in active development alongside the iOS Public Beta. We don't have a firm date yet — join Discord to hear it first.
How do I report a bug?
Use the form above, email support@tradersguild.co, or post in the #bugs channel in Discord. Include device model, iOS version and, if possible, a screenshot — it cuts our reply time in half.
Is there a subscription or paid tier?
Public Beta is free. We'll share pricing plans as we leave beta — early users will be the first to know, and the first to get grandfathered pricing.
Do you handle my personal data carefully?
Yes. We only collect what the app needs to work — your account details, what you post, and what you mark on charts. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. Any concerns go straight to support@tradersguild.co.
